We are looking to add a new Legal Support Assistant to our busy Residential Conveyancing department.

Joining an experienced team, you would be based at our Head Office in Walsall on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.

You should have experience in dealing with the following:

  • Opening and maintenance of digital files
  • Taking calls from clients and 3rd parties, to deal with queries
  • Attending to clients in person
  • Scanning any incoming post and attaching to the relevant matters
  • Ensure that the correct documents from the clients have been received at the relevant time
  • Deal with pre and post completion tasks
  • Contract pack preparation
  • Ordering searches
  • Dealing with registration and SDLT formalities
  • Dealing with lenders
  • Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks on files

This is a permanent position and you should have at least 1-2 years or more experience working in a similar role within a Conveyancing team and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
