Conveyancing Paralegal
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 (DOE) Location: London
A modern and award-winning law firm is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal looking to move away from high-volume environments and join a firm that prioritises quality, client service, and employee wellbeing.
The Role
You will support fee earners with a residential conveyancing caseload, assisting with matters from instruction through to completion. The work is primarily focused on freehold and leasehold transactions, supported by modern systems and dedicated administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Maintaining accurate file management and case progression
- Working closely with fee earners and the wider property team
- Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
About You
- At least 1 year’s experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
- Able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
