About the Role
Position: Conveyancing Paralegal Location: London (on-site) Type: Full-time
This role supports solicitors in residential and commercial property transactions, from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties, ensuring smooth progress with exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as sales/purchase agreements, planning approvals, and title deeds.
- Conducting property and title searches to identify risks and verify ownership.
- Managing client files, including storing and organising documents securely.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and third-party professionals to coordinate transactions.
- Coordinating key stages of the conveyancing process, such as exchanges and completions.
- Ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.
- Supporting compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., тонкости СРО, Anti-Money Laundering, GDPR).
- Collaborating with fee earners and senior solicitors for guidance and support.
Requirements & Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Strong knowledge of conveyancing and property law, with the ability to apply theoretical principles to practical casework.
- Proficient drafting skills for contracts, letters, forms (such as indemnity forms), and completion statements.
- Effective communication to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and outside parties.
- Research skills to conduct property searches, examine titles, and verify legal and technical information.
- Attention to detail combined with strong organisation, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Experience with conveyancing software, case management systems (e.g., LANDSPIRIT, CaseWise), and Microsoft Office tools.
- A relevant legal qualification (e.g., paralegal certificate, law degree, or equivalent) is beneficial while prior experience in conveyancing/property law is strongly preferred.
