Description
- Draft and review legal documents related to property conveyancing.
- Manage correspondence with clients, solicitors, and other parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and records.
- Support the coordination of property transactions from initiation to completion.
- Conduct title checks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of contracts and transfer deeds.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth processes.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
