Description
- Prepare and manage legal documentation for residential and commercial conveyancing transactions.
- Conduct property searches and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records and update case management systems regularly.
- Provide administrative support to solicitors within the conveyancing department.
- Assist in handling client inquiries and resolving any related issues promptly.
- Ensure deadlines are met and transactions are completed efficiently.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the team.

A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have:
