Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Gloucester
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

We are working with a leading, award-winning residential property law firm with a strong national presence. Known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused conveyancing service, the firm continues to grow and is committed to hiring individuals who are genuinely passionate about property law and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist fee earners with their caseload of residential sale and purchase matters
  • Provide regular updates to clients and introducers
  • Raise and respond to enquiries, analysing and interpreting responses
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients
  • Assist with pre-exchange and completion processes
  • Handle a mix of conveyancing files including sales, purchases, and remortgages

About You

  • Previous experience within a law firm, ideally in residential conveyancing or property
  • Comfortable managing a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process (sales, purchases, remortgages)
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
