Job Title: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
About the Firm
We are working with a leading, award-winning residential property law firm with a strong national presence. Known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused conveyancing service, the firm continues to grow and is committed to hiring individuals who are genuinely passionate about property law and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist fee earners with their caseload of residential sale and purchase matters
- Provide regular updates to clients and introducers
- Raise and respond to enquiries, analysing and interpreting responses
- Prepare detailed reports for clients
- Assist with pre-exchange and completion processes
- Handle a mix of conveyancing files including sales, purchases, and remortgages

About You
- Previous experience within a law firm, ideally in residential conveyancing or property
- Comfortable managing a varied caseload with appropriate supervision
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process (sales, purchases, remortgages)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
