Conveyancing Paralegal – Whitechapel
Location: Whitechapel, London
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role
Eclectic Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly regarded law firm in Whitechapel, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding Residential Property team.
As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll support fee earners with a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their legal career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting searches and dealing with Land Registry applications
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
- Maintaining accurate case files and updating case management systems
- Supporting fee earners and working to deadlines

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or property law role
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Ability to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
- Experience using case management systems
Desirable:
- Law degree or LPC qualification
- Experience handling files from instruction to completion
