Conveyancing Product Specialist

Location: Waterloo (Hybrid after probation)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Do you have strong residential conveyancing experience and an interest in how technology can improve the home-moving process?

Are you passionate about making the home buying and selling process simpler and more efficient?

Bring your real-world conveyancing expertise into our Product team and help shape technology that supports legal professionals and home buyers.

We’re looking for a Conveyancing Product Specialist who can challenge existing processes, work closely with Product Managers and Developers, and help us deliver better outcomes for our clients.

About InfoTrack

As our market share continues to grow, so does the demand for smarter, more efficient digital conveyancing solutions. That’s why we’re strengthening our Product team with practical conveyancing expertise to help improve our products, workflows and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a conveyancing subject matter expert within the Product team.
  • Work directly with Product Managers, Specialists and Developers to improve conveyancing products and workflows.
  • Analyse how clients use the system and recommend changes to functionality.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary enquiries and improve enquiry quality.
  • Design, develop and continuously refine conveyancing content and logic using source information, transaction data, user feedback and industry best practice.
  • Review and validate proposed product enhancements from a legal and operational perspective.
  • Participate in user testing and provide feedback on new features and functionality.
  • Monitor industry changes and best practice relating to property transaction processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
