Conveyancing Product Specialist
Location: Waterloo (Hybrid after probation)
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Bring your real-world conveyancing expertise into our Product team and help shape technology that supports legal professionals and home buyers.
We’re looking for a Conveyancing Product Specialist who can challenge existing processes, work closely with Product Managers and Developers, and help us deliver better outcomes for our clients.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will:
- Act as a conveyancing subject matter expert within the Product team.
- Work directly with Product Managers, Specialists and Developers to improve conveyancing products and workflows.
- Analyse how clients use the system and recommend changes to functionality.
- Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary enquiries and improve enquiry quality.
- Design, develop and continuously refine conveyancing content and logic using source information, transaction data, user feedback and industry best practice.
- Review and validate proposed product enhancements from a legal and operational perspective.
- Participate in user testing and provide feedback on new features and functionality.
- Monitor industry changes and best practice relating to property transaction processes.

What we're looking for
Essential:
- Significant experience working within residential conveyancing or commercial real estate transactions.
- A strong understanding of pre-contract enquiries, title investigation and information-gathering processes.
- Practical experience managing purchase transactions from instruction through to completion.
- The ability to critically assess processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An objective and balanced approach, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and consider alternative viewpoints.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Practical experience managing sale transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Experience using conveyancing technology platforms.
- Experience working alongside product, technology or operational teams.
- An understanding of structured property data and digital conveyancing initiatives.
Working Hours
Your working week will be 37.5 hours per week, typically 9:00am – 5:30pm initially, with flexible working arrangements depending on your location and the needs of the role
