Residential Conveyancing Solicitor Dewsbury | £55,000 to £65,000 + Bonus Scheme | Hybrid 60/40
If you are an experienced conveyancer who is tired of firefighting, poor systems and unclear expectations, this role will feel very different.
Gardner Champion Solicitors is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to take ownership of a quality caseload within a structured, well run environment.
Founded in 1779, we are a long established firm that has evolved with the times. We combine traditional legal standards with a modern, operationally focused approach that values clarity, efficiency and consistency.
This is not a volume factory. You will be supported, trusted to run your files properly and given the structure to do your job well.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

What We Are Looking For
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales Experience in residential conveyancing Ability to manage a full caseload independently Strong organisation and attention to detail Clear communicator who builds client confidence Someone who takes ownership and works with structure
Progression Path
This role is not a static position. We are building for the future, and the right individual will be part of that.
Within 12 to 24 months, there is a clear pathway to increased responsibility, including senior oversight of files, mentoring junior team members and involvement in shaping how the department operates.

For those who demonstrate consistent performance, leadership and commercial awareness, there is a longer term route towards Partnership.
This is not time served progression. It is based on delivery, ownership and the ability to contribute beyond your own caseload.
