Job Description
The Role
- Managing a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, from simple freehold matters through to complex leasehold, new build, and technical transactions
- Working collaboratively with the central quotes team, post-completion department, and administrative support functions
- Contributing to process improvement, consistency, and best practice across the conveyancing department
- Supporting training, file reviews, and development of junior colleagues

Support Structure
This role is deliberately structured to allow solicitors to focus on legal work and leadership, not administration:
- Trainee Solicitor assigned to the role
- Centralised Quotes Department handling inbound pricing and onboarding
- Dedicated Post-Completion Team
- Central administrative support
- Established systems and legal technology platform
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (SRA regulated) with significant experience in residential conveyancing
- Comfortable handling both straightforward and complex transactions
- Confident supervising and developing junior lawyers
- Interested in legal tech, efficiency, and modern ways of working
- Commercially minded, with an interest in contributing to departmental growth and improvement
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and quality focused
