Job details

Brendan Kearney & Co. Solicitors is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its busy and well-established practice in Northern Ireland, preferably on a full-time basis, though part-time will also be considered. The chosen candidate will manage a varied caseload with a primary focus on residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside Probate and Wills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion
  • Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of title
  • Drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning
  • Administering estates and probate matters
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor preferably with 3+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in Conveyancing
  • Practical experience in wills and probate
  • Ability to manage files independently
  • Strong client care and communication skills
