COO Operations Director
Interim COO / Operations Director (Part-Time Advisory, 3-Month Rolling Contract) Remote (flexible location: London, Dublin, Mainland Europe, USA)

The Opportunity
We’re seeking an Interim COO / Operations Director to take on a 3-month rolling contract (part-time/fractional) in a hands-on leadership role. This strategic accelerator will partner directly with the CEO to develop and execute scalable systems that propel our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead a European logistics rollout:
- Select and negotiate with 3PL providers, ensuring optimal service, cost, and reliability.
- Design efficient EU inventory flows and fulfilment processes that align with consumer demand and wholesale partnerships.
- Establish and implement operational SLAs and compliance frameworks for cosmetics distribution.
- Build scalable systems balancing quality, cost control, and growth readiness.
- Align operations with brand expansion and commercial ambitions, collaborating closely with leadership.

About You
We’re looking for a seasoned leader with a proven track record in:
- Beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods (or related D2C/B2B industries);
- International logistics, supply chain, and distribution—EU market expertise a plus;
- Scaling consumer brands across multiple countries, with hands-on 3PL management;
- A strategic operator fluent in designing processes and executing them at scale;
- Collaborative, commercially astute, with a passion for founder-led, fast-growth brands like ours.

Contract & Compensation
- Engagement model:
- 1 day/week during the phase 1 (analysis, design, planning);
- Transition to 2–3 days/week during the full implementation phase.
- 3–6 month rolling contract, with potential extension.
- Structured as:
- Competitive day rate or monthly retainer;
- Transition to full-time residency in 6–12 months (optional).
