Bolton School is one of the UK’s largest and most respected independent schools, set within a beautiful campus with outstanding facilities. Our catering operation is unlike a traditional restaurant or contract catering environment—we have multiple professional kitchens across the estate, each delivering fresh, high-quality food to thousands of pupils, staff and guests every day.
From vibrant school lunches and grab-and-go concepts to hospitality dinners, buffets, canapé receptions and prestigious events, no two days are the same.
We’re looking for chefs who genuinely care about the food they produce and want to be part of a supportive, professional team.
The Role
You’ll work in modern, fully equipped kitchens alongside passionate chefs who take pride in quality, consistency and teamwork.
As Part Of Our Talented Kitchen Brigade, You’ll Help Prepare And Deliver a Wide Variety Of Fresh Food Across Our Catering Operation, Including
- Fresh daily lunch service
- Grab-and-go offers
- Buffets and corporate hospitality
- Fine dining events
- Functions and special occasions
- Canapé receptions
Typical working hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, giving you your evenings back and an excellent work-life balance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in chefs with at least three years’ experience in kitchens where quality really matters.
