The Company currently have a vacancy for a Cook in its ERRV/MRV fleet.
Start date: 20th July 2026 - Permanent Contract - 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation
Candidates must hold Ships Cook CoC or Ships Cook Part I and II and a valid Food Hygiene certificate

- Management of the ordering, storage and use of all catering stores, within budget confines.
- Check catering stores as supplied, and inform the Master of stores wrongly delivered or missing.
- Monitoring of all freezer and chill areas.
- In full charge of designing menus and preparing all foodstuffs for consumption by the crew.
- Safety aspects of operations within the galley and other catering areas.
- Reporting of all defects, in the galley, Fridges, Freezers and food store areas to the Chief Engineer.
- The Cook must be familiar with all fire fighting appliances / power cut off switches and any other safety device within, or appertaining to, any catering area.
- The Cook will also assist on deck in emergency exercises and situations where Fast Rescue Craft are launched / recovered.
