We know that every meal is an opportunity to bring comfort, familiarity, and joy to our residents. We're looking for a dependable, team-oriented Cook to join our dietary team and help create nutritious, high-quality meals in a skilled nursing setting.
Nestled in a quiet area of Milwaukie, Stanley Post Acute offers a welcoming workplace where teamwork, compassion, and resident-centered care come first. This is a part-time position starting at $22.23, with higher wages depending on paid experience.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve nutritious, appealing meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Work closely with the Dietary Manager and kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared accurately and on schedule.
- Accommodate therapeutic and modified diets as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Help create a positive dining experience for our residents every day.
What We're Looking For
- Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare, long-term care, or institutional cooking is a plus).
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A dependable, positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
