A Cook to work within Outdoor Education Services at our Borwick Hall centre in the heart of Borwick Village for Lancashire County Council.

Borwick Hall – A stately home situated in the heart of Borwick Village has extensive grounds you can wander around and take in the breath-taking sights on your lunch break if you wish – accessible from junction 35 on the M6 – we have up to 148 bed-capacity at this location.

Cook – We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised individual to oversee the running of our well equipped kitchen in the beautiful location of Borwick Hall – our ideal person will be welcoming and friendly as you'll be guiding a small team to provide high quality, tasty and nutritious food – you will support the catering supervisor to plan some fabulous meals– you'll support your team, listen to ideas and positively encourage everyone to take pride in their work – you'll set the standard for hygiene and ensure everyone is aware of the importance of individual dietary and allergen requirements, plus provide diligent record keeping, ordering quality ingredients and be supporting the Catering Supervisor with additional tasks – so if your passionate about people, want to work in a stunning location and have a love for good food, please get in touch!
