About The Role
- To assist the Head Chef with planning, organising, preparing, presenting, and serving high-quality, nutritious meals for residents and visitors
- Ensure all food is produced to Brunelcare’s high standards and the correct quantities are delivered to relevant service points at the right time
- Maintain high cleanliness throughout the kitchen and ensure all of Brunelcare’s Health and Safety procedures are implemented
- If required, you may be asked to step in for the Head Chef (if they are absent) and carry out their responsibilities
About You
- Previous experience in a catering environment and excellent catering skills are essential
- Available to work various hours and shift patterns, including weekends
- Guidance to work well within the team with effective communication at all times
- Willingness to undergo further training and development, and attain relevant qualifications and specialised experience where required
