What will I do as a member of the Cookie Crew?
- Promptly greet all our fans entering the bakery and assist them with their orders
- Help fans understand menu items, ask clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Let your personality shine by giving each fan a warm experience with a smile
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are created and sent out
- Cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining the bakery
- Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team whilst adhering to safe food handling practices
- Take payments accurately and efficiently
- May be asked to make deliveries if applicable

Desired skills/experience
- Experience as within a customer service focused role preferred
- Fun loving, genuine, outgoing demeanour
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Own bicycle or vehicle
- Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Must be 18 years or older
