As a member of the Cookie Crew at our NEW store located in Newcastle upon Tyne, you are the ultimate Insomniac – day or night! Not only are you the face of Insomnia Cookies for all our fans coming into the store, but you also get to bake all our awesome warm and delicious cookies as well.

What will I do as a member of the Cookie Crew?
- Promptly greet all our fans entering the bakery and assist them with their orders
- Help fans understand menu items, ask clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
- Let your personality shine by giving each fan a warm experience with a smile
- Bake our delicious cookies to perfection
- Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are created and sent out
- Cleaning, sanitising, and maintaining the bakery
- Provide a safe, clean, working environment for our fans and team whilst adhering to safe food handling practices
- Take payments accurately and efficiently
- May be asked to make deliveries if applicable

Desired skills/experience
- Experience as within a customer service focused role preferred
- Fun loving, genuine, outgoing demeanour
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Own bicycle or vehicle
- Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
- Must be 18 years or older
