Le Collège des Saints-Cœurs Kfarhbab recherche un(e) coordinateur / coordinatrice des activités culturelles et artistiques, chargé(e) de concevoir, organiser et accompagner les projets culturels, artistiques et événementiels de l'établissement

Principales responsabilités

  • Concevoir, planifier et mettre en œuvre des projets artistiques et culturels au sein de l'établissement.
  • Organiser et coordonner différents événements : expositions, spectacles, festivals, ateliers, rencontres artistiques, journées thématiques, etc.
  • Assurer la coordination entre les différents intervenants : enseignants, élèves, équipes internes, artistes et partenaires extérieurs.
  • Gérer les calendriers, les besoins logistiques, les espaces, le matériel et le suivi pratique des activités.
  • Participer à la promotion et à la communication des événements, en lien avec les équipes concernées.
  • Veiller au bon déroulement des activités avant, pendant et après leur réalisation.
  • Évaluer les projets menés et rédiger des bilans ou rapports de suivi.
