We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
About SkyBound
SkyBound is a fast-moving, design-led tech company redefining automated drone operations. Our mission is to save, protect, and improve lives through intelligent, real-time aerial solutions.
From our Southampton HQ, we combine cutting-edge AI, advanced visualisation, and next-generation drone technology to deliver rapid-response, high-impact tools across Rail, Highways, Ports, and more.
We're scaling quickly and are now looking for x4 Coordinators to join our growing Operations team.
Location: Southampton HQ (SO19)
Travel: Regular travel across the UK to support operations, testing and customer deployments.
Working pattern: These roles operate on a shift pattern to support our growing remote flight operations.
The Role
As a Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our drone operations.
Working from our Remote Operations Centre, you'll remotely operate autonomous aircraft, support live customer missions, test new technology, and help shape the future of autonomous flight.
No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting operations on critical national infrastructure, the next testing new technology or working alongside our Engineering team to develop new capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
