Complex Care Coordinator
About the Role
As a complex care coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and rostering care staff into shifts
- Ensuring care workers and nurses attend their shifts as scheduled
- Organising rotas a month in advance for complex care clients
- Building and developing strong relationships with:
- Staff members (carers and nurses)
- Clients
- Obtaining staff availability
- Communicate with staff and clients in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner
- Fulfilling on-call responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage staff rosters in advance
- Ensure consistent attendance and shift coverage
- Foster positive relationships with both staff and clients
- Maintain open lines of communication
- Handle on-call duties effectively

Requirements
About You
- Must possess strong communication skills (both telephone and written)
- Problem solver, quick thinker, and solution-driven
- Previous experience in care, with coordination or rota experience being ideal
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Require a full UK driving licence

What’s On Offer
For the Complex Care Coordinator, the following benefits are provided:
- Salary: £30,000 per annum
Working Hours & Arrangements
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with:
- On call: 1 weekend in 5 (time requirement may reduce)
- 1 evening or morning shift per week: (e.g., 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM)

- Remote Role: Initially based in Essex, with:
- 1 day per week based in the Brighton office, with occasional additional trips as required
