About The Job
Based at the Corporate Office in London, within the Commercial function, the Coordinator, Global Sales plays an important supporting role in driving sales effectiveness and enabling revenue growth across the global portfolio.
The role focuses on providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Global Sales team, ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities, account management processes, and client engagement initiatives in line with Mandarin Oriental objectives and targets.
Acting as a key coordination point, this position supports account development, sales reporting, and event execution, contributing to the overall performance of the Global Sales function through efficient processes, timely communication, and strong attention to detail.
The Coordinator, Global Sales operates with a proactive and organised approach, supporting both corporate teams and hotels in maximising opportunities through effective coordination, data analysis, and client servicing.

Sales Support & Account Coordination
Support the Director, Global Sales and wider Global Sales team in day-to-day sales activities, ensuring efficient execution of account plans and initiatives. Assist with the management and development of key accounts, including providing support to regional top accounts and maintaining strong service levels to maximise customer satisfaction and revenue opportunities. Reactively manage long tail accounts, monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for further development. Support the coordination of group and transient enquiries by liaising with hotels to ensure timely, accurate, and effective responses to clients. Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of strategic account plans, supporting the achievement of revenue and room night targets.
Client Engagement & Events
Coordinate and support regional and global sales events, including venue sourcing, client invitations, logistics, on-site support, and post-event evaluation. Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through responsive communication and coordination of client requests and engagement activities. Support the development of sales tools and materials for the regional sales team to enhance client engagement and sales effectiveness.
Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis
Compile and analyse sales performance data, including reporting on trends, forecasts, and account performance. Monitor ROI on sales activities and analyse campaign performance, including Salesforce reporting and corporate RFP performance tracking. Support data accuracy and reporting processes to provide insights that inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide administrative support to the Global Sales team, including managing travel arrangements, expenses, invoices, and budgets Maintain and update sales systems (including Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and supporting year-end audits. Manage shared inboxes, incoming enquiries, and documentation across internal systems and drives. Oversee the coordination of office supplies, promotional materials, and other operational requirements for the team

As Coordinator, Global Sales We Expect From You
Speak fluent German Degree educated preferred, in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years’ experience in hotels, travel trade, or a similar fast-paced environment. Understanding of corporate, group, and transient sales processes is advantageous. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales systems (e.g. Salesforce). Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
