About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Coordinator β Parts and Resources to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting our Planners and Field Maintenance Engineers, ensuring that parts are effectively managed and resources are deployed efficiently across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ordering, tracking, and control of parts and stock levels
- Support the coordination of resources to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Work closely with Planners and Engineers to meet operational requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are updated in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Experience in parts ordering and stock management
- A basic knowledge or understanding of electrical components
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Excel and general IT systems
- Excellent communication and ustomer relationship skills
- The ability to manage your own workload and work independently
- A Level 4 qualification or above in Math & English
