Your role

Lead the technical assessment and engineering development of energy retrofit projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary studies across HVAC, electrical, controls, piping, and civil disciplines. You will evaluate site and system data, define technical scopes and performance targets, validate engineering deliverables, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Acting as the key technical interface for clients, engineering partners, and suppliers, you will drive technical alignment throughout the project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to EPC execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and review technical assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering designs, ensuring technical integration, quality, compliance, and achievement of project performance objectives.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating stakeholders, managing engineering changes, and providing technical support to ensure seamless delivery across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in project engineering and CAPEX project execution
  • Proven experience in energy systems design, implementation, and support
  • Strong knowledge of Energy Systems and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proven experience in multi‑disciplinary engineering coordination for building energy projects
  • Experience acting as Owner’s Engineer / Technical Coordinator on CAPEX projects
