YOUR ROLE

Our operation based in Daventry DIRFT is looking for a Copack Supervisor, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operational activities of the Copacking Operation in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Direct and allocate staff accordingly to ensure all day-to-day warehouse and copacking activities are effectively covered
  • Ensure all training requirements are completed and maintained for operational staff
  • Monitor and manage all Copacking performance KPIs to ensure operational targets are achieved
  • Produce weekly invoicing data and submit this to the Revenue team for customer billing
  • Monitor, track, and record staff activities in line with lean monitoring tools and operational standards
  • Deliver daily team briefs to communicate operational updates, priorities, and any issues
  • Produce costings for new projects based on best practice production methods and operational efficiencies
  • Manage packaging stock levels to ensure a minimum of 12 weeks’ material cover is maintained
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and service levels
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures and company compliance standards are adhered to at all times

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or copacking environment, with previous team leader or supervisory experience.

You will be confident leading a team in a fast-paced operation and able to work towards deadlines. Experience using WMS systems, managing stock, and monitoring KPIs would be beneficial. You should have a good understanding of Health & Safety and continuous improvement processes such as Lean.

Copacking experience and knowledge of manufacturing operations would be an advantage. We are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible, customer-focused, and has good communication skills.
