Role Overview
We're hiring a Copilot Consultant to advise and support customers across the full Microsoft Copilot lifecycle. The successful candidate will help clients understand, plan, deploy, govern and adopt Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio and related Microsoft cloud services.
You will work with customers, business stakeholders, technology teams, change teams and training teams to define practical Copilot strategies, assess readiness, shape rollout plans, support adoption and engineer Copilot agentic solutions using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio.
Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates may need to undergo security clearance. To be eligible you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years. More information on SC Clearance checks can be found here.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on Microsoft Copilot strategy, use cases, business value and adoption across Microsoft 365 and related services.
- Assess Copilot readiness, including licensing, identity, Microsoft 365 apps, network readiness, data security, information governance and technical platform maturity.
- Plan and support Copilot pilots, phased rollouts and production deployments, working closely with technical, change management and training teams.
- Design and support governance approaches for Copilot, including data access, permissions, sensitivity labelling, retention, responsible AI and operational controls.
- Help customers identify, prioritise and document Copilot scenarios across common business functions.
- Engineer Copilot agentic solutions using Copilot Agent Builder and Copilot Studio, including use case identification, discovery, solution design, build, test and handover.
- Run customer ideation workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder briefings to capture Copilot use cases, prioritise opportunities and advise on benefit measurements.
About you
- 3+ years’ experience in Microsoft 365, digital workplace, business consulting or related technology consulting roles, with a demonstrable specialism in Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office and Purview.
- Experience consulting with customers, running workshops, gathering requirements, shaping recommendations and producing clear documentation for both business and technical audiences.
- Ability to translate customer use cases into practical Copilot agent designs, including instructions, knowledge sources, actions, success measures and governance requirements.
- Good knowledge of Copilot readiness considerations, including Microsoft 365 data quality, permissions, oversharing risks, information protection, governance and adoption planning.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain Copilot concepts, licensing, governance and adoption activities in clear language for non-technical stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
