Common Traits of Our Instructors
Every one of our instructors has the same thing in common. They do the work themselves. Curious minds who went deep on AI because their own jobs demanded it, then discovered they were good at showing other people how.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who lives in Copilot. Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Pages, Copilot Studio, all of it.
If you have strong opinions about how to get the most out of Copilot in a professional workflow, we should talk.
Role Suitability
This role suits a freelancer, self-employed contractor, or consultant - who already have multiple projects running, not a full-time employee at a large company.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The Role
- Two to three Copilot courses a quarter.
- Groups of 15.
- All our courses are delivered online.
- Course material is built by our Head of Course Content, so you walk in prepared and you deliver.
- Supplementary income that fits around your own client work - ideal if you're a freelancer, self-employed, or independent contractor rather than in full-time employment.
The Rate
The rate is good. We will talk numbers at interview.
Delivery Expectations
Delivery is showtime. Participants are senior professionals who have given up half a day, and they know within four minutes whether you can actually do this. You need to enjoy the room, think on your feet, and get a real kick out of watching someone build their first working tool.
