About the Role

You will drive strategic AI vision, deliver high-impact Copilot adoption programmes, and grow revenue streams within Capgemini’s client portfolio. This dynamic role blends implementation expertise with leadership, requiring a blend of technical fluency, commercial acumen, and people stewardship.

Key responsibilities include:

Core Responsibilities

✅ Strategic AI Leadership

  • Set the vision and direction for Microsoft Copilot adoption across Capgemini’s client portfolio, aligning with broader AI and digital ecosystem capabilities (e.g., security, automation, data science).
  • Shape client roadmaps for Copilot (including Copilot Chat, M365 Copilot, Agent Builder) to deliver transformative business value.

✅ Complex Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end Copilot transformation programmes, ensuring quality excellence and risk mitigation, while embodying ownership in escalation and stakeholder alignment.

✅ Growth and Opportunity Scaling

  • Develop and expand client engagement, utilising Commercial frameworks and networks to identify and capture revenue opportunities.
  • Drive proposal responses (bids/RFPs/RFIs/RFSs) with rigor and commercial precision.

✅ People-Centric Leadership

  • Cultivate a high-performing, purpose-driven team, fostering growth through collaboration and ethical practice.
  • Inspire innovation in adopting future AI trends Organisational and cultural change.

✅ Client Advisory & End-to-End Delivery

  • Define vision and strategy for a Copilot-enabled collaborative workforce, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs and technical scalability.
  • Design operating models for deployment, governance, and secure integration of Copilot at pace.
  • Assess organisation readiness, establish governance guardrails, and track value realisation post-implementation.
  • Engage senior stakeholders through persuasive storytelling and technical propositioning, advocating for Copilot adoption.

1. Client Advisory & Delivery (Day-to-Day Engagement)

  • Strategy:

    • Co-create future-proof digital workplace vision with clients using AI-first architectures (Copilot, Agent Builder).
  • Operational Excellence:

    • Define early implementations, scaling frameworks, and intranets aligning with client’s security and data policies.
  • Readiness & Governance:

    Guarantee readiness through:

    • Capability, skill gap assessment.
    • Secure authorisation paths for iteration without disruption or mishaps.
  • Value Realisation:

    • Design requires driving CaPilot-driven impact metrics aligns with KPI and ROI expectations for clients.
  • Project Leadership:

    • Oversee end-rollout authorized scrum hybrid agile methodologies, escalating critical risks like policy or tech roadblocks.

2. Capability Development (Innovation & Growth)

  • Influences future thinking on workplace AI trends, leveraging ethical discussions, aligning innovations with business needs.
  • Develop metrics frameworks specifically tied to AI investments—benchmarking business use cases with cost/value.
  • Specialize in skill acceleration training programs to prepare technical teams, covering customized Copilot, Agent Builder, theoretical underpinnings.
  • Evaluate GenAI or alternative models (public cloud making Ecosystem comprehensions) for quick adoption.
  • Advise and document global AI governance practices and automation guidelines for global organizations.

3. Business Development (Strategic Pipeline & Capturing Opportunities)

  • Drive consistently competitive bids and RFXs with hands-on proposals crafted with AI-relevance in mind.
  • Collaborate with across depth direct relationships to uncover strategic client opportunities by connecting search with team strengths.
  • Lead talent and ethical assessments throughout deals and work closely with PMO on deployment differentiation.

5. Certifications and Experience

  • Academic attainment at bachelors-degree level or above.
  • Proven software or industry experience/habilitation that include Microsoft certifications and deep AI or Copilot.
  • England government clearance (BPSS or SC) is favorable.
