About the Role
Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies? We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Copilot Studio Agent Builder to join our growing AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure and Microsoft 365 to design and deliver intelligent AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.
Working alongside experienced Solution Architects and AI specialists, you'll help build conversational AI agents, automate business processes, and integrate modern AI capabilities into real-world business environments.
This role offers a unique opportunity to develop sought-after skills in AI engineering, automation, cloud technologies and enterprise consulting, while working on cutting-edge Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and configure AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Develop workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Platform
- Connect AI agents to business applications and data sources using APIs and connectors
- Work with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Test, troubleshoot and continuously improve AI and automation solutions
- Support the management of development, test and production environments
- Contribute to documentation, governance and best-practice frameworks
- Stay current with the latest Microsoft AI, automation and cloud technologies
- Support the delivery of innovative AI projects across a range of industries

Essential Requirements
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline
- Strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies
- Understanding of software development concepts, low-code/no-code platforms or programming principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar AI technologies
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts
- Experience with GitHub, PowerShell, Python or scripting technologies
- Awareness of Azure or other cloud platforms
- Exposure to Salesforce, ServiceNow or CRM systems
- University projects, placements, internships or personal projects involving AI, automation, development or data integration
