Home Care Worker – Newark & Surrounding Areas
We are recruiting for Home Care Workers to join our exceptional team in the Newark area and nearby locations. We hire based on values, not qualifications.
About the Role
This is a niche opportunity blending aspects of light care duties with administrative work. You’ll be working across a laptop using the Apple suite, handling admin tasks and providing companionship to a client who enjoys:
- Reading
- Listening to music
- Engaging in conversation
Responsibilities
- Light care duties in a supportive setting
- Completing admin tasks via laptop (Mac-based Apple suite)
- Assisting the client with social outings (holiday trips, gatherings)
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Demonstrating empathy and reliability in a community-facing role

Requirements
-Possess a good level of written English -Strong comfort and ability to use a laptop & Apple software -General good driving ability (due to community work) -Compassionate personality and willingness to build rapport -Travelling on alternate weekends and workdays
