Job Description

As Category Manager at zooplus, you will work closely with the sales team to execute the category strategy for the French and Belgium markets. The role is strongly execution- and operations-focused: you ensure that promotions, pricing, content, and category setup are delivered with high quality, on time, and in line with agreed plans.

You will collaborate closely with the Cluster leadership, as well as with central teams such as Vendor Management, Pricing, CRM, Shop Operations, and Product. You will play a key role in performance tracking, shop execution, and day-to-day category steering.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, structured, and hands-on, and who enjoys driving impact through excellent execution, while also having the opportunity to contribute to category-level strategy and to broader commercial discussions for the market.

Commercial execution & coordination

  • Support the definition and execution of the annual category and promo plan
  • Own the operational implementation of promotions in CPM and related systems
  • Coordinate with CRM, Shop Operations, Graphics and central teams to ensure high-quality campaign execution
  • Ensure banners, landing pages, category pages and product selections are correctly implemented
  • Proactively follow up on open actions, tickets, and execution topics across teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
