We're looking for a Copy Writer based in London to craft the words that bring House of CB to life — from product descriptions and campaign narratives to email, social, and web copy — helping shape a consistent, compelling brand voice as we continue to grow as a globally loved fashion brand. JOB DESCRIPTION The Copywriter is responsible for creating compelling, clear, and engaging written content that aligns with our brand voice and drives customer engagement. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence through optimized copy that not only attracts but also converts our target audience. The Copywriter will work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that all content is consistent, on-brand, and optimized for search engines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Written Marketing Material: Develop persuasive and impactful marketing materials, including email campaigns, brochures, landing pages, and ad copy, that resonate with our target audience and support our marketing strategies. Written Content: Produce high-quality written content for a variety of digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms. Social Media Posts: Help the marketing Team create engaging and on-brand social media posts that drive engagement and foster a connection with our audience across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Proofreading Content: Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, maintaining the highest editorial standards across all written materials. Optimizing SEO and GEO: Craft and refine content optimised for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). Apply keyword research, on-page SEO best practices, and Generative Engine Optimisation principles — including citable, passage-level writing, clear entity signals, and structured, answer-led formats — to improve organic rankings, AI citations, and qualified traffic across our digital platforms. ABOUT YOU 5+ years of copywriting experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle. Proven track record of writing copy across integrated campaigns — from concept to launch — spanning digital, social, email, and print. Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate brand and commercial goals into clear, compelling copy. Highly organised, comfortable managing multiple briefs, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Strong communicator and collaborator, able to take direction and push back constructively across creative, commercial, and executive stakeholders. Genuinely plugged into fashion and culture landscape, with a sharp instinct for tone, trends, and what resonates with our customer. Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
