Creative Copywriter needed to join our team on a permanent basis.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional and strategically minded Senior Long-Form Copywriter to join our dynamic, flexible team, embedded directly with a leading automotive client. This hybrid role is ideal for a seasoned wordsmith with a passion for the automotive industry, who excels at crafting compelling, insightful, and comprehensive narratives that educate, engage, and convert.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the client's brand voice and content strategy, translating complex automotive concepts and technical specifications into accessible, engaging, and benefit-driven copy. Working collaboratively within a cross-functional flex team, you will produce a diverse range of long-form content that supports the entire customer lifecycle, from initial research and discovery through to ownership and loyalty.
What You’ll Be Doing
You are a highly motivated, self-sufficient, and top-tier Senior Long-Form Copywriter with a drive to create exceptional digital content for our automotive client. Your passion for storytelling and meticulous attention to detail push you to research deeply, synthesize complex information, and craft narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
Strategic Content Creation
- Lead the development and execution of long-form content for the automotive client, including but not limited to: detailed vehicle feature pages, product guides, blog posts, thought leadership articles, whitepapers, case studies, evergreen content, email nurture sequences, and in-depth website editorial.
- Translate complex automotive technology, engineering specifications, and brand values into clear, compelling, and persuasive language that informs, educates, and drives action.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand guidelines, tone of voice, and overarching marketing and CX strategies.
- Work seamlessly with UX/UI designers, product managers, marketing strategists, and SEO specialists to ensure content is integrated, optimized, and effective across all touchpoints.
Research & Insights
- Conduct in-depth research on automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, target audience preferences, and emerging technologies (e.g., EV, autonomous driving, connectivity).
- Leverage customer insights, market data, and user research to inform content strategy and ensure relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to understand content performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Customer Journey & Conversion Focus
- Map content to specific stages of the automotive customer journey (awareness, consideration, purchase, ownership, loyalty), ensuring each piece serves a clear purpose and moves the customer closer to conversion or stronger brand affinity.
- Integrate strong calls-to-action (CTAs) and conversion-focused language naturally within long-form narratives, balancing education with persuasion.
- Support UX/UI efforts by providing copy that enhances user experience and guides users effectively through digital interfaces.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
