Are you a compassionate, motivated and experienced mental health professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and young people?
We are seeking a full-time Band 6 CAMHS Core Practitioner (RMN/SW/OT) to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
You will be required to work independently and with others in the MDT Team to deliver a high standard of evidence-based clinical care for young people who are experiencing significant deterioration in their mental health, requiring specialist interventions.
Please note that this is a 12-month secondment/fixed term post.
You will hold a caseload of complex cases, provide leadership and work in partnership with service users, their carers, colleagues across Children's and Young Persons Services as well as external agencies such as schools and Social Care. The successful candidate will provide effective formulation, clinical supervision, management supervision and play an active part in the professional development of the clinical team.
