The Equity Trade Operations Analyst works as part of a global team to perform and review exception handling across all accounts, products, and levels of complexity.

Responsibilities include:
- Independently applying experience and judgment to analyze trade exceptions, determine solutions, and implement fixes
- Collaborating with the Lead Analyst to resolve complex, ambiguous issues
- Proactively identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives with oversight
- Leading small to medium-sized projects, both internal and external
- Operating as a technical subject matter expert in assigned areas
Role Summary
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge in assigned regions/products with guidance from the Lead Analyst
- Understanding and oversight of daily production and issue resolution
- Works across global equity markets for Institutional, Retail, and High-Net-Worth clients
- Handles trade confirmations, processing, settlements, and claims
- Technical and process expertise with a focus on continuous improvement
Requirements & Key Skills
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to independently assess issues, propose solutions, and execute improvements
- Knowledge of Capital Group’s practices (Investment Management, mandates, operational structuring, regulations, and competitive landscape)
- Experience in investment operational technology and industry workflows

- Diverse stakeholder communication—technical expertise with leadership teams
