Role Description

We have a great new role for a Core Voice Signalling Designer to join our Signalling Design team.

  • You will help design and steer designs for signalling-related projects, directing project teams to ensure optimal delivery outcomes.
  • You will play a key role in shaping and steering design across core voice network platforms. Reporting into the Subscriber Management and Signalling Engineering Manager, you will act as a trusted design authority within project teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and customer focused.
  • You will work across a broad range of signalling technologies, contributing to both legacy and next-generation network evolution.
  • You will lead on design requirements, influence vendor outcomes, and support automated testing initiatives, all while ensuring designs meet performance, security, and capacity needs across the network.
  • You will be tasked with producing high and low-level technical design documentation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
