About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially driven Corporate Account and Development Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic growth accounts while driving major national tender opportunities and new business acquisition.
This is a national, field-based role focused on building senior stakeholder relationships, identifying growth opportunities and positioning Safetykleen as the supplier of choice within the waste and environmental services sector.
You’ll play a key role in expanding our Waste division during an exciting period of growth and investment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a portfolio of key national and regional accounts
- Leading major tenders, RFQs, RFPs and procurement opportunities
- Building strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Identifying upsell, cross-sell and new business opportunities
- Developing strategic account growth plans
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Using waste data and insights to drive customer value
- Managing pricing negotiations and contract renewals
- Working closely with operational and commercial teams to deliver solutions
- Positioning Safetykleen as a trusted environmental partner

- £40,000 - £45,000 basic plus uncapped commission OTE £55k+

About You
You’re a driven and commercially minded account manager or business development professional who thrives on winning opportunities, growing strategic relationships and delivering results.
You’ll ideally have experience within waste, recycling, environmental services or another compliance-led B2B sector, along with experience managing complex customer relationships or tender opportunities.
You will have:
- A proven track record in B2B account management or sales
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Experience managing tenders or procurement processes
- A proactive, strategic and growth-focused mindset
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
