Corporate Account Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Account Manager to join our dynamic team, with primary responsibility for a highly strategic, leading global Aerospace and Defence Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The Opportunity

As a Corporate Account Manager at Siemens Digital Industries, you will be a pivotal force in our mission, dedicated to managing and growing our relationship with one of the most significant and technologically advanced clients in the Aerospace and Defence sector. This isn't merely about selling products; it's about becoming a deeply embedded, trusted advisor, understanding complex operational requirements, and orchestrating comprehensive, integrated digital solutions that leverage the full breadth of Siemens Digital Industries' capabilities to drive their innovation, efficiency, and sustainability goals.

You will be instrumental in:

  • Forging and Nurturing Relationships: Developing and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at the highest levels within our strategic Aerospace and Defence OEM client, fostering a true partnership mindset that spans engineering, manufacturing, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Strategic Account Planning & Digital Roadmap Alignment: Crafting and executing comprehensive account strategies that align Siemens Digital Industries' portfolio (e.g., PLM software, automation, industrial IoT, digital manufacturing solutions) with the client's strategic digital transformation roadmap, product development cycles, and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Identifying Critical Growth Opportunities: Proactively identifying new business opportunities by understanding the client's evolving technological needs, market pressures, and competitive landscape, positioning Siemens as the indispensable partner for their digital and sustainable industrial transformation.
  • Solution Orchestration & Technical Integration: Collaborating seamlessly with Siemens Digital Industries' internal teams (e.g., product specialists, R&D, services, global support) to design and deliver highly technical, tailored proposals and integrated digital solutions that meet the client's stringent performance, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complex Negotiation & Value Realization: Leading intricate negotiations, securing significant, long-term contracts, and ensuring the client fully realizes the long-term value and ROI from their Siemens investments, demonstrating tangible impact on their business outcomes.
  • Market & Customer Insights: Providing valuable insights into the client's specific requirements, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform Siemens Digital Industries' product development and go-to-market strategies.

Who We Are Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional with a proven track record in corporate account management within a complex, B2B digital industries environment, with a strong preference for experience serving large, sophisticated engineering or manufacturing clients. You should possess:

  • Extensive Experience: Significant experience (e.g., 8+ years) in corporate account management, strategic sales, or business development, with a strong focus on digital transformation, industrial automation & software, or related high-tech sectors.
  • Aerospace & Defence Client Acumen: Demonstrated experience working with or selling into large Aerospace and Defence OEMs or similar complex engineering organizations, understanding their unique challenges, procurement processes, and innovation cycles.
  • Strategic Acumen & Digital Expertise: A deep understanding of complex sales cycles, strategic account planning, and value-based selling methodologies, coupled with a strong grasp of digital transformation concepts and their application in industrial settings.
  • Exceptional Communication & Influence: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with C-level executives, senior engineers, and diverse stakeholders across a large, global organization.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: A natural ability to analyze complex operational and technical challenges, anticipate client needs, and develop innovative, impactful digital solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Commercial & Contractual Savvy: Strong business acumen, with experience in financial analysis, complex contract negotiation, and a keen understanding of risk management in high-stakes environments.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: The ability to lead cross-functional teams within Siemens Digital Industries and collaborate effectively with client teams to achieve shared objectives.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field. An MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is a significant advantage.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet with the client and attend industry events.
