What You’ll Be Doing
Storm Technologies is a progressive business with big ambitions and growth plans. The environment is a great platform for people who want to work hard and build a successful career in IT Sales.
Storm has invested highly in our technical presales team. Our Solutions Group can assist you and your customers to procure tailored IT packages to suit each company’s specific needs. With specialist consultants in servers, storage, networking, cloud, and software licencing you always have an expert to offer advice and support.
As a value-added reseller, we have a range of free-of-charge services for our customers. To ensure that these are delivered to the absolute best of our ability, we have an internal configuration centre and warehousing facilities. This reduces lead times and streamlines the process to ensure that your customers are more than satisfied with the services they receive.

- Uncovering new business for yourself and the company and converting these into long-standing relationships
- Securing new business and building relationships
- Any accounts that you bring to Storm, stay as your own and as your business grows the focus will shift more onto account and relationship management
- Responsible for your own purchasing and negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers
- Commissions paid from zero and are uncapped
The Skills You’ll Need
Due to our continued success and the increasing demand for our services, we are looking for individuals with previous sales experience, whether that comes from a similar or different industry and well as skills that can enhance our customer experience. We look for salespeople that have ambitions to be professionals with the determination to go the extra mile in all areas of the business.
- Well-presented and confident
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of people
- We are looking for someone that can come in and hit the ground running, a confidence to pick up the phones and uncover new business for the company and yourself is essential
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers whilst gaining their trust and respect
- Constantly innovating and trying to improve products and services with the information you get from your customers
