Corporate Advisory Consultant
Our client is a specialist corporate consulting firm that advises business leaders, investors and multinational organisations on the decisions that matter most to their businesses.
The firm works on many of the world's most significant transactions and corporate developments, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, market entry, regulatory and policy issues, reputational matters, and senior appointments.
Its clients include leading multinational corporations, private equity funds and major institutional investors, who seek independent, discreet and commercially focused advice on complex business issues.
The Role
As a Manager, you will advise clients on a wide range of strategic, commercial and geopolitical issues affecting investments, transactions and corporate decision-making.
Assignments are highly varied and may include assessing the commercial risks surrounding a multi-billion-dollar acquisition, analysing the political and regulatory dynamics that could influence major legislation, or developing an informed assessment of a senior executive through extensive market enquiries.
A significant proportion of the firm's work is built upon a global network of trusted contacts developed over many years, providing unique insights that cannot be obtained through desk research alone.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
