Corporate & Operations Manager
Yogalina Studios Oxford
Purpose of the Role
The Corporate & Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the success and growth of Yogalina Studios Oxford. This leadership position combines operational excellence with strategic business development, ensuring the studio operates seamlessly while driving sustainable growth across both consumer and corporate markets.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, lead and develop our team, build meaningful corporate partnerships, manage key accounts, and identify new opportunities to grow the Yogalina brand and community.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Systems
- Lead the day-to-day operations of Yogalina Oxford.
- Develop, implement and continuously improve operational systems and processes.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service across all departments.
- Monitor health & safety, compliance and operational excellence.
- Oversee studio presentation, maintenance and facilities.
- Manage scheduling systems and operational software.
- Resolve operational challenges efficiently and proactively.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, inspire and support the reception and teaching teams.
- Recruit, onboard and train new team members.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and team development sessions.
- Foster a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.
- Set objectives, monitor performance and provide coaching.
- Ensure excellent communication across the business.
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive membership and package sales.
- Maximise class occupancy and studio utilisation.
- Develop strategies to improve member retention.
- Support promotional campaigns and studio launches.
- Increase revenue across all areas of the business, including:
- Yoga
- Reformer Pilates
- Recovery Club
- Private Sessions
- Workshops
- Teacher Training
- Retreats
- Juice Bar

Corporate Business Development
- Develop and grow Yogalina's corporate wellbeing offering.
- Build relationships with local businesses, universities, schools, colleges and healthcare providers.
- Secure new corporate partnerships and wellbeing programmes.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership packages.
- Represent Yogalina at networking events and within the local business community.
- Identify new opportunities to expand our corporate reach.
Corporate Account Management
- Manage and nurture existing corporate relationships.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery to all corporate clients.
- Organise workplace wellbeing programmes and events.
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships within the Oxford community.
- Support the launch of new services, products and experiences.
- Analyse local market trends and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the Founder to implement growth strategies.
- Contribute to the long-term expansion of Yogalina.
Customer Experience
- Deliver an outstanding customer journey from enquiry through to long-term membership.
- Build meaningful relationships with members and visitors.
- Resolve customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure every customer experiences the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that defines Yogalina.
