Job Opening: London-Based Corporate Assistant

About the Role
We are expanding our Funds Team in London and need a dedicated Corporate Assistant to support the establishment and maintenance of a dynamic Cayman-domiciled investment funds portfolio—which includes private equity, hedge funds, and alternative asset classes, along with broader corporate activities.
This role demands high client interaction, requiring excellent written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate must also be exceptionally organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Funds Team with the setup and formation of Cayman funds structured as:
- Companies
- Partnerships
- Unit trusts
- Preparing, reviewing, and/or drafting legal and compliance documentation for Cayman Islands regulatory filings related to the firm’s portfolio of companies, partnerships, and trusts
- Serving as a primary liaison between:
- Onshore legal departments at client law firms
- Maples Corporate Services (Cayman Islands) for legal and regulatory filings
- Managing e-filing submissions to Cayman Islands regulatory bodies
- Supporting billing processes and Work in Progress (WIP) control
- Coordinating between the legal and corporate services teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Assisting with internal special projects as required
