We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a national law firm in its leading Legal 500 Corporate Team in Birmingham.
Role and responsibilities: You will advise on the full range of corporate transactions, in particular M&A and spin-out and venture capital transactions, and ongoing company law/corporate advice. The
You will advise on the full range of corporate transactions with an emphasis on M&A and spin out as well as venture capital transactions. You will also offer ongoing company law/corporate advice to clients.
The role will involve drafting transaction documents and legal advice, transaction management, and engaging with clients and third parties to help deliver our transactions. The successful applicant will be expected to get involved with the team’s business development activities.

You will need:
- 0-2 years PQE
- A solid grounding in corporate work and you must have experience in private M&A transactions
- An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- To demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
- To have strong commercial acumen
- To be proactive, ambitious, and organized with a keen eye for detail
