I'm working on an exclusive mandate with one of the world's leading private capital firms to appoint a talented Corporate Associate (3–6 PQE) to its London legal team.
This is a genuinely unique opportunity for an ambitious lawyer currently practising at a leading London law firm who is looking to take the next step in their career without compromising on the quality or sophistication of their work.
Unlike a traditional in-house role, this position offers a distinctive hybrid in-house/private practice model. You'll work closely with the business while continuing to advise on complex, high-value corporate and private equity transactions in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.

Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years' PQE
- Currently practising at a leading London or international law firm
- Strong corporate M&A/private equity experience
- Excellent technical ability and commercial judgement
- Looking for a high-calibre alternative to traditional private practice
