An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Associate to join the London office of a leading international law firm with a market-leading Corporate and Financial Sponsors practice.
Working alongside highly regarded partners, you'll advise leading private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on some of the most sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions in the market. The team is known for its high-quality work, lean deal teams and genuine responsibility from an early stage.

The Role
You will advise on a broad range of matters including:
- Private equity acquisitions and disposals
- Cross-border M&A transactions
- Auction processes
- Portfolio company investments and exits
- Corporate restructurings and general corporate advisory work
About You
Applications are welcomed from England & Wales qualified solicitors with:
- Approximately 1-6 years' PQE
- Strong corporate M&A experience gained at a leading City, US or international law firm
- Financial Sponsors and private equity transaction experience
- Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Strong academics and a collaborative approach
