The Role
You will join the firm’s dynamic Corporate group, which advises on a diverse mix of public and private M&A, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and corporate advisory projects. The work is cutting-edge, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements and high-profile clients across sectors such as financial services, technology, and energy.

What They’re Looking For
- 2-4 years’ PQE with strong corporate transactional experience
- Background in cross-border M&A and/or private equity work
- Excellent technical and drafting skills with sound commercial judgment
- Strong academic credentials from a leading institution
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional client service
