The Role
You will join a dynamic and growing private equity team, handling:
- Buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors
- UK and European deals, often cross-border in nature, typically in the upper mid-market bracket

Associates are encouraged to take on meaningful responsibility early, including:

What They’re Looking For
- 0.5–6 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong private equity transactional experience, with demonstrated hands-on deal involvement
- Background from:
- Elite US firms
- Magic Circle
- Leading international or strong national firms considered
- Ability to thrive in a lean team environment, with:
- High levels of responsibility
- Direct client exposure
- Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative, motivated approach
