K3 Law is a growing boutique corporate law firm focused on providing legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investment transactions involving mid-market corporate clients (£2m - £50m typical deal values). The business is led by corporate lawyers with over 40 years combined corporate transactional experience gained within reputable top 50 commercial law firms.
K3 Law is part of K3 Advisory Group, a leading private-equity backed advisory & professional services group specialising in advising mid-market corporate clients across the UK. The K3 Law team works closely with several well-known M&A / corporate finance advisory businesses within the group advising sellers engaged in transactions, and acting for K3 Advisory Group on acquisitions, and other private-equity backed businesses on both acquisitions and investments.

The Opportunity
Following on from an outstanding performance in 2025, the K3 Law team has continued to grow its team and expand its reach nationally, recently establishing a presence in London and strengthening its Manchester / Northwest team, with appointments at all levels.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join the Manchester team as a Corporate Associate, supporting in managing a wide range of mid-market corporate transactions, advising sellers, buyers, and private equity clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique corporate law firm already establishing itself as a serious challenger in the mid-market, and to play a lead role in the continued growth and expansion of the firm nationally.

The Person
You will be a Corporate Lawyer able to meet the following criteria:
- UK qualified solicitor with 2 – 4 years corporate experience
- Flexible approach – comfortable working a combination of office and home location
- Keen to play a pivotal role in the growth of a corporate law firm with the backing of a UK leading multi-professional services advisory group
