Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE)
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing Corporate team in Nottingham. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate work, advising a diverse client base from owner-managed businesses and SMEs to investors and larger organisations.
The Role
You will advise on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, corporate restructures, joint ventures, and private equity transactions. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage your own caseload, build strong client relationships, and play an active role in business development while benefiting from ongoing support and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions.
- Manage matters efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with business development and networking activities.
- Manage financial aspects of matters, including time recording and billing.
- Keep up to date with legal developments and maintain technical expertise.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider corporate team.
About You

- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Corporate Law.
- Strong experience advising on M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, and other corporate transactions.
- Commercially minded with excellent technical and client management skills.
- Confident managing your own workload and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to business development.
