Role: Corporate Attorney (Remote)

Payout: $90 - $130/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Transactional Attorney to work on a contract basis. The role involves supporting a global organization in managing corporate transactions, compliance, and legal documentation. Responsibilities will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, and service agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies in all transactional documentation.
- Advise on legal risks associated with business transactions and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation to execution and renewal or termination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to align legal terms with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transactional law, including corporate or commercial contracts.
- Strong proficiency in legal research and contract drafting with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex legal terms and translate them into clear, actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
